The marketing campaign manager is responsible for creating and executing on the lead/demand generation strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Create yearly demand generation strategy based on annual marketing themes as well as company revenue goals
    • Analyze, manage and execute all digital marketing efforts including relevant Account Based Marketing (ABM) and paid social media strategy
    • Analyze all paid advertising opportunities and provide a clear, prioritized advertising plan
    • Determine future webinar series strategy; execute and manage produced webinars
    • Work with Events Marketing Manager to ensure all conference investments align with demand generation strategy, and manage promotional campaigns around sponsored conferences
  • Work with Content and Communications Strategist to determine appropriate content campaigns and influence content creation plans based on campaign plans
  • Work closely with Sales team and Marketing Manager to determine lead qualification strategy and lead tracking within CRM
  • Work with Customer Success Team to determine opportunity for formalized customer up-sell and expansion campaigns
  • Own, manage and analyze lead generation budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing lead generation strategy/execution
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Fluent in marketing automation technology, preferably Pardot
